Not much needs to be added to this quote. It is simple and it is true. Being bossy is actually a weak and blustery attempt at being in charge. Those leaders who really inspire do not need to remind everyone they’re the boss. They do not need to raise their voices or their hands to their children. They simply need to be themselves.
Today, know that you are in charge. Your children want you to be, even if they protest. Do what you know to be good and right without resorting to bossing them around and you’ll be amazed.
